Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: September 26, 2026
Stonebridge Planning Group ("Stonebridge," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit stonebridgeplanning.org (the "Site"), submit a form, or contact us about estate, retirement, Medicare, insurance, or other planning services.
By using our Site or providing your information, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you fill out a form, request a consultation or quote, take a quiz, call, text, or email us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code or state, and any details you choose to share about your goals or situation. To provide certain products or services, you may also provide additional personal and financial information.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we and our providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar usage data through cookies, pixels, and comparable technologies.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from advertising and lead-generation partners (such as Meta/Facebook and Google) and from service providers who help us operate the Site and follow up on your requests.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the consultations, quotes, and services you request;
- Communicate with you by phone, email, and text about your request and our services (see Section 5);
- Operate, improve, and secure our Site, and measure and improve our marketing and advertising;
- Comply with legal, regulatory, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to insurance and financial services; and
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security issues, and protect our rights.
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Google tag (gtag.js), to understand how the Site is used and to measure and optimize our advertising. These tools may collect usage and device information and set cookies in your browser.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of many interest-based ads through the Digital Advertising Alliance, the Network Advertising Initiative, your Meta ad preferences, and your Google ad settings.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with:
- Service providers who perform work on our behalf — such as website hosting, customer relationship management, email and text messaging, analytics, and advertising — under obligations of confidentiality;
- Insurance carriers, financial institutions, and licensed professionals as needed to prepare quotes or provide the products and services you request;
- Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Stonebridge, our clients, or others; and
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Some sharing of online identifiers for advertising (for example, through pixels) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws. See Section 6 for your choices.
5. Phone Calls & Text Messaging
When you provide your phone number and consent, you agree that Stonebridge Planning Group may contact you by phone call and text message (SMS) at that number — including through automated technology — about your request and our services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We do not share your mobile opt-in or consent information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Your Rights & Choices
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of our marketing communications, by contacting us using the details below. To stop marketing, you can also reply STOP to texts or use the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws — such as the right to access, delete, or correct your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We will honor verifiable requests as required by applicable law. Our Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations (including those that apply to insurance and financial services), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
9. Financial & Insurance Privacy
As a licensed insurance agency, we may collect nonpublic personal and financial information in connection with the products and services you request. We limit access to that information to those who need it to serve you and maintain safeguards to protect it. A separate privacy notice may be provided in connection with specific insurance or financial products, and the carriers and institutions we work with maintain their own privacy practices.
Stonebridge Planning Group is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Social Security Administration, Medicare, or any government agency.
10. Third-Party Links & Tools
Our Site may link to third-party websites and tools (for example, our online planning and scoring tools). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Site and services are intended for adults (18 and older) and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Changes are effective when posted to this page.
